The program offers numerous advantages for both interns and companies. The candidates are carefully selected so that the companies get highly motivated and trained young specialists who have already shown high performance in Moldova or Ukraine. IAW has solid and intimate contacts with the best Moldavian and Ukrainian educational institutions. All candidates pass the technical test and, if necessary, attend an extensive technical course. This is possible thanks to the experience of previous program participants and professors at universities. English level is tested as well. Only the best candidates are presented to the companies.

With the arrival of young specialists who have never worked under the specific framework, you get new visions, ideas, and suggestions, which are often converted into new projects. In one company for example, a new department with automatic testers was created instead of manual testers. At the other company, the ex-intern set up a new program that enables effective communication in real time between programmers and designers. Another example would be your own time recording program that shows information not only about working hours, but all projects and their degree of readiness in the current state. This and many other new ideas reflect productive collaboration among skilled workers with great experience and young specialists.
Thanks to the startup ICG Engineering, the successful interns will be employed remotely after their return and continue to work for the company at which the internship took place. For companies, it means having employees who are trained according to their needs without setting up extensive work rooms. Three sides take care of the successful work: the employee, the company and ICG Engineering. All employees work on company computers and are obliged to adhere to data protection regulations. This way, all technologies, information, and projects are safe.
In addition, the State Ministry of the State of Baden-Württemberg has included the IAW in the funding program. This is a great honor for us and shows the trust in IAW not only in Ukraine and Moldova, but also in Germany. Satisfaction of students and companies, productive cooperation, creation of new jobs in developing countries and support of the young specialists on their way to work, equal treatment of the sexes in working life and the pursuit of the latest technologies are IAW’s focus.
